Commercial contracts are at the heart of ‘doing business’. Our Commercial Contracts team consists of a number of recognised specialists in (international) contract law, who are able to act for companies and clients throughout the life cycle of a commercial contract: from the negotiation stage through to contract termination. The team has an in-depth knowledge and experience of drafting contracts and contract clauses and also of conducting proceedings about (international) contracts (both before the regular courts and in arbitration). We work for national and international companies, but also for renowned law firms that need extra expertise in the field of (international) contract law.
