Feron has been working at BarentsKrans since March 2022, and is currently part of the Commercial Contracts practice group. Until September 2023, Feron worked in the Corporate / M&A practice group, where she focused on conducting legal due diligence, and on drafting and/or advising on Letters of Intent (LOI), Share Purchase Agreements (SPA), Shareholders’ Agreements (SHA) and Asset Purchase Agreements (APA).
