Maurits joined BarentsKrans in July 2022. He is part of the Intellectual Property, Data & Technology department and deals with intellectual property law in a broad sense.

He previously worked in the Corporate / M&A department, where he advised national and international clients on transactions and more specifically transaction documentation such as the letter of intent (LOI), the share purchase agreement (SPA) and the shareholders’ agreement (SHA).
