Our lawyers and civil-law notaries work in small teams, depending on the size of the case. These teams comprise both attorneys and civil-law notaries, resulting in a practical approach of – for example – due diligence investigations, acquisitions or investments. Also, we are in a position to draw on the expertise of other specialists within our firm: employment law, property, intellectual property or competition law. However, we always aim to keep our teams as small as possible and you have one designated contact at all times. Where necessary, we also involve your own external advisers in the process, such as corporate finance advisers, accountants or tax advisers.
We act for strategic parties and private equity funds, informal investors and management in cases involving a management buy-in or buy-out. Given our experience overseeing transactions for participating, buying and selling parties, we are able to give all due consideration in negotiations to the various interests that parties have.
