Our core business is IP litigation. We have extensive experience in representing clients before various national and European courts and institutions, including the Dutch Supreme Court, the Court of Justice and the EUIPO. We have been involved in many prominent and pioneering cases. We frequently conduct complex patent proceedings as well as preliminary relief actions in trade mark and copyright infringement cases.
