Anne-Rieke specialises in corporate law, focusing on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures and corporate governance. Her clients are active in the healthcare, construction, ICT and food sector, among others.
Anne-Rieke has a particular focus on semi-public corporate law and public-private partnerships. As a member of BarentsKrans’ healthcare team, she also regularly organises roundtable discussions for healthcare professionals.
Anne-Rieke joined BarentsKrans as an attorney-at-law in 2008. From 2015 to 2019, she worked as corporate legal counsel for the Dutch Railways, where she was involved, for example, in the sale of subsidiary Qbuzz to Italian transport company Busitalia and the NS Innovatiefonds’ (NS Innovation Fund) participation in the Mainport Innovation Fund.
