The Swedish ARC, a multi-brand consultancy agency, has acquired Dutch design agency Fabrique and digital agency Q42. BarentsKrans assisted ARC with both acquisitions, which mark ARC’s first steps in the Benelux.
Swedish ARC combines multi-brand consultancy expertise in communications, innovation, branding, design, tech and marketing and has grown rapidly in the Nordics to a 1.000+ professionals company.

With the acquisitions, ARC fulfils its ambition to set the bar for innovation even higher and grows to a group of 14 agencies and 1,200+ professionals.
The acquisitions of 100% of the shares in the capital of Dutch were supervised by a team of BarentsKrans, including Rhamsey Croes, Lisanne Vissers, Robert-Jan Zwaan, Anne Monique Huijg, Elze van der Minne and Marieke Verschoor. They worked closely and successfully together with the team of the Swedish law firm Hammarskiöld & Co.
