Anne Monique has been connected to BarentsKrans since April 2017. She works as attorney-at-law within the Corporate/ M&A section. Anne Monique deals with mergers and acquisitions, private equity, management buy-ins and buy-outs and joint ventures, both nationally and internationally. She also advises clients on restructurings and on all kinds of corporate law issues that companies face on a daily basis. From February 2021 to December 2021, Anne Monique completed the Grotius postgraduate specialisation training in Corporate and Business Law, graduating cum laude.
