Niek joined BarentsKrans in November 2023, where he is part of the Corporate / M&A team. He has experience in advising on M&A transactions and in drafting and negotiating the associated agreements. Niek is known for his dedication to every transaction and his determination to genuinely help clients move forward. Previously, Niek worked within the Commercial Contracts practice group.
