Niek joined BarentsKrans in November 2023, where he is part of the Corporate / M&A team. Niek deals with merger and acquisition transactions and all kinds of corporate law issues.
In July 2023, Niek completed his master’s degree in Business and Law at Utrecht University. During his studies, Niek gained legal experience at a law firm and did an internship at the House of Representatives of the Netherlands. He also gained administrative experience during his studies.
