Koen has been working at BarentsKrans since 2018. With his extensive experience in notarial corporate law, he is a valued advisor in the areas of corporate governance, the establishment of legal structures, mergers and acquisitions, and restructurings.

Koen is part of the Corporate / M&A department and is specialised in corporate law within the semi-public domain, such as healthcare, education, culture, and charities. Additionally, he is an expert in public-private partnerships. Koen advises both public and private entities on the formation of partnerships, compliance, and governance. He is appreciated for his sector-wide focus, seamlessly combining public and private interests in his advisory work.
