BarentsKrans advised sellers on sale Incore Software

Incore Software sells 100% of its shares to ICT Group. Incore offers a SaaS application for efficient collaboration within the supply chain, offering a planning and workflow engine. After its founding in 2007 by Martin and Ferdinand Swaters, the company grew to become a leading provider in retail.

Karim Henkens, CEO ICT Group: “The acquisition of Incore fits into ICT’s strategy to be a leader in selected markets. Incore strengthens our position in the retail and logistics markets where they can join forces with our existing brands: ICT Logistics, Yellowstar and OrangeNXT.”

Martin Swaters, managing director of Incore: “We are looking forward to becoming part of ICT Group. We are a small company with big customers. This acquisition creates the opportunity to further professionalize and expand the services we provide to our customers.”
