Laurens de Graaf appointed partner at BarentsKrans

BarentsKrans has appointed Laurens de Graaf as partner in its employment law department. Laurens’ clients are active in (international) transportation, banking, oil & gas, construction, and software development. He advises on a wide range of employment issues, such as complex reorganisations and collective dismissals, works council negotiations, equal pay disputes, transfers of undertaking, non competition arrangements and negotiated exits of employees. Laurens has litigated many cases on every court level, including the Supreme Court. In 2013, he graduated cum laude from the Grotius academy: a post academic specialisation in employment law. Laurens regularly publishes articles in the field of employment law and gives training to HR professionals and other employment lawyers.
