BarentsKrans assisted the seller in the sale of a supermarket portfolio with a purchasing price of EUR 60 million. The portfolio consists of ten retail locations across The Netherlands, including supermarkets such as Albert Heijn, Jumbo and Aldi. The buyer is a joint venture between the Dutch Cairn Real Estate and Singaporean AT Capital. The closing took place on 31 August 2016. The seller wishes to remain anonymous.
