Remco has been working as a candidate civil-law notary in the Estate planning practice of BarentsKrans since August 2023, and is part of the Corporate / M&A department. Remco has extensive experience in notarial work in the field of family property law and inheritance law, also in combination with legal entities law (companies and foundations). His clients include high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs, both Dutch and with an international background.
Remco focuses on advising on and drawing up prenuptial agreements, wills and deeds in connection with the transfer of assets. He thereby seeks to respond to the client’s personal situation and preferences as much as possible.
