BarentsKrans has advised Benedictus Holding B.V. and T. Kuyvenhoven Holding B.V. on the sale of Liones Holding B.V., a company that provides software for structured content authoring through its Dutch subsidiaries (among which Fonto Group B.V.), to SDL Holdings B.V., a (indirect) subsidiary of the British RWS Holdings. Through this sale, Liones Holding B.V. and its subsidiaries are able to broaden their network and possibilites.
