Rankings Chambers Global 2017: mooie resultaten voor BarentsKrans
Gisteren is Chambers Global 2017 verschenen, de gids die een wereldwijd overzicht geeft van vijf internationale rechtsgebieden. BarentsKrans heeft een aantal prachtige vermeldingen. Het team van Intellectueel Eigendom behaalt dit jaar een mooie Band 2 ranking. Dezelfde toppositie wordt gehaald door de teams van Corporate Litigation, Financieel Recht en Cassatie op het gebied van dispute resolution. Bovendien worden twee van onze Corporate/ M&A advocaten door de wereldwijde gids erkend als mid-market specialisten.

Marleen Van den Horst specialises in patent litigation and is known in the market for her work for large clients in the pharmacy and healthcare industries. She is well versed in multi-jurisdictional cases, such as representing Sun Pharmaceutical Industries in patent infringement proceedings against Novartis. Sources praise her “good understanding of biochemical technology”.
Jaap Bremer has long-standing experience in several aspects of IP including patent and trade mark litigation and has recently advised clients on both contentious and non-contentious copyright and design matters.
