Joost has been with BarentsKrans since 2015 and is a member of both the Supreme Court Litigation and the Employment Law practice groups. His practice includes advising on and conducting civil proceedings before the Dutch Supreme Court, for instance in the areas of liability law, corporate law, contract law and employment law. He also advises and litigates on employment-law matters, such as dismissal and reorganisation, employee competition and collective employment law.
In addition to his master’s degree in civil law, Joost obtained a master’s degree in Political History and Philosophy of Science (both cum laude).
Joost is admitted to the Dutch Supreme Court bar.
