Gijs van Midden
Gijs is an all-round EU lawyer, being specialized in competition law, state aid law and food law. Gijs has thorough experience in advising and litigating – representing both enterprises and public authorities – on matters relating to state aid law, anti-competitive agreements, merger control and food regulation. Gijs regularly advises on state aid issues in financing of public spacing projects and on competition aspects in commercial contracts. Besides, he has broad experience in food law litigation.
