Gidget Brugman (partner since 2008) is an experienced lawyer with a pragmatic approach. She litigates and advises on issues concerning financial law. This combination of advisory and litigation enables Gidget to use her knowledge and experience gained through litigation, to (pro actively) advise her clients.
Gidget handles complex financial law cases and conducts legal proceedings regarding the liability of financial undertakings such as banks, portfolio/asset managers, investment firms and financial services providers. Her clients are institutional and private investors, financial institutions, companies and consumers.
