
BarentsKrans has promoted Lisanne Vissers (Corporate/M&A), Nicole Soliana (Real Estate) and Jan-Willem de Jong (Corporate & Commercial Litigation) to partner. The appointments took effect on 1 January 2019.
Lisanne Vissers
Lisanne (1988) has broad experience in Dutch corporate and company law. Her expertise and experience focus on mergers and acquisitions and she advises national and international companies regarding the implementation of corporate structures, (cross-border) restructuring and corporate governance. Lisanne joined BarentsKrans in 2013. Prior to joining BarentsKrans, Lisanne was a civil-law notary at Dirkzwager.
Nicole Soliana
Nicole Soliana (1984) is an attorney specialised in contract law and liability law, with a focus on real estate/project development and government authorities. Her particular area of expertise is private law in relation to the public sector. She also regularly advises and litigates in matters relating to environmental law, tenancy law and construction law. Nicole joined BarentsKrans in January 2018 and has been active as an attorney since 2010. Prior to joining BarentsKrans, Nicole was a senior associate at Loyens & Loeff.
Jan-Willem de Jong
Jan-Willem de Jong (1980) focuses on complex litigation. His particular area of expertise is litigation resolving mass claims. Jan-Willem has extensive experience with cartel damages claims and securities class actions. Jan-Willem joined BarentsKrans in 2017. Prior to joining BarentsKrans, Jan-Willem was a litigator at Houthoff.
