BarentsKrans has assisted MSA Safety Incorporated, the worldwide leader in worker protection and safety product innovation in connection with its relocation in the Netherlands. As a first step, MSA’s current business premises, owned by MSA Nederland B.V., were sold to Dutch company Akuflex, active in the field of aluminium and plastic façade elements.

Part of the business premises will be leased back by MSA for a short period of time. MSA is considering various options in- and outside the Netherlands for new facilities. In 2015, BarentsKrans has assisted MSA as Dutch counsel in several other transactions.
