On Wednesday the 1st of November 2017,  MVGM acquired Actys Wonen and Actys VvE. With this acquisition, real estate manager MVGM will further strenghten its position as market leader in residential real estate.

Actys manages about 20,000 rental houses and parking spaces and about 200 associations of owners. Actys also rents out over 3,000 properties a year. Buyer MVGM manages both residential real estate and owner associations. In addition, the company is specialised in advising and managing 3 million square kilometres of commercial real estate, valuations, sales and purchase, letting and hiring of immovable property. A team of BarentsKrans has acted as legal counsel to buyer MVGM. Lawyers and civil-law notaries involved include Rhamsey Croes, Annemiek Hogeterp and Lisanne Vissers.
