The International Comparative Legal Guide to Trade Marks 2018 has recently been published. Attorneys-at-law Jaap Bremer and Jos Klaus of the IP & Technology practice group have contributed to the chapter on The Netherlands. This international comparative legal guide, which has been published both online as well as in print, provides useful reference material to in-house legal counsel that wants to be informed efficiently on the most important aspects of trade mark law and practice in The Netherlands as well as other countries. The publication will be disseminated among over 6,000 lawyers and has been distributed at the major IP conferences, such as the INTA annual meeting.
