BarentsKrans assisted Korton Group B.V. with the sale of Korton Software B.V., a supplier of software solutions for mobility specifically aimed at personal transport, to Total Specific Solutions (TSS) B.V.

Every month millions of fares are processed through the solutions of Korton Software, making them a leading player in the Dutch mobility vertical. With the acquisition Total Specific Solutions (TSS) B.V. is offered  the opportunity to expand its offering with existing customer groups and to meet their software needs even better.
