Added Dimension and GHS are now part of a fast growing IT company.
Infotheek Group (Leiden) strengthens its position on the European market through the acquisition of the British entity Added Dimension and the Dutch-Polish entity Global Hardware Solutions. With the acquisitions, the market leader in new, end-of-life and refurbished IT products, further expands its position as an authority in circular IT.
“Our ambition is to grow as a European leader in circular IT, and these two acquisitions contribute to that”, says Stephen Derksen, director of Strategy and M&A at Infotheek Group. “The companies are good in buying and selling ex-demo and used equipment, and thus suit our strategy to be active in the whole lifespan of a product, including re-use.”
Added Dimension
The British entity Added Dimension is a specialist in providing demos and try out IT hardware programs from well-known IT hardware manufacturers. Companies are given the opportunity to test the latest equipment of major A brands extensively before purchasing. The ex-demo equipment fits seamlessly in the collection of the Infotheek Group. The British entity employs 23 employees. The founder of Added Dimension stays involved in the company.
