Infotheek Group: acquisition of CORE10 AS in Norway

Infotheek Group B.V. expands in Norway with the acquisition of enterprise reseller and independent distributor CORE10 AS. Infotheek has already been active in the Nordics for years in Sweden, Denmark and Finland. BarentsKrans advised, in close cooperation with law firm Kluge AS in Norway, Infotheek Groep B.V. about this acquisition.

CORE10 will remain active under its own name, and will combine its expertise on networking with the extensive IT portfolio of Infotheek. The new combination now allows Norwegian customers to buy both computing and mobility hardware as well as switches, servers, storage and software.
