French asset management company Corum AM has recently acquired the Novotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport which is currently under construction in Hoofddorp. The Novotel in Hoofddorp is a development of EFD, the development-arm of Borealis Staete BV. Lawyers Jeffrey Koenecke and Harry Rek of BarentsKrans assist EFD in this transaction. The 4 star hotel will open its doors before the end of this year.
