Canon The Netherlands N.V. acquires all shares in the capital of Nokavision Software B.V.; a Value Added Reseller of OpenText Streamserve and Mendix, specialised in Customer Communication Management (CCM). The acquisition will allow Canon The Netherlands to grow in the full digital CCM arena and become the biggest CCM system integrator. A team of BarentsKrans acted as legal counsel to Canon The Netherlands.
