Tom Hoyer has been working with BarentsKrans since 2014. He advises and litigates on the full spectrum of corporate and commercial matters, at both national and international level. Besides contractual matters and directors’ liability, also in case of bankruptcy, Tom focuses on financial litigation and is a member of the cartel damages team.

In 2019 Tom graduated cum laude from the post-graduate specialization program on Financing and Securities at the Grotius Academy. Tom regularly publishes on various civil law matters.
