Oscar is a member of the Corporate/ M&A practice group. He is engaged in advising clients on various corporate law issues, and assisting clients in (international) mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and joint ventures. Oscar furthermore advises regularly on several types of financings and the security rights aspects relating thereto.

Before joining the Corporate/ M&A team, Oscar worked in the Corporate Litigation department, where he advised and litigated on behalf of national and international clients in areas such as directors’ and shareholders’ disputes, commercial contracts and corporate governance.

During his studies, he held several positions as a student-assistant in the field of corporate law, and he has also been actively involved in editing an authoritative enchiridion on Dutch security rights law (Asser series volume 3-VI).
