Mzolisi has been a lawyer at BarentsKrans since 2026, where he is a member of the Intellectual Property & Technology practice. His work focuses on litigation in cross-border disputes concerning patent infringement and validity. He advises clients across a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, life sciences, telecommunications, IT and technology, and consumer products.
Mzolisi has appeared before various courts and courts of appeal, as well as the Supreme Court of the Netherlands. He also acts before the Unified Patent Court (UPC), the European Patent Office (EPO), and foreign judicial authorities. In addition, Mzolisi advises on the strategic exploitation of IP portfolios and the protection of trade secrets. In this context, he is also involved in negotiating and drafting collaboration and R&D agreements, as well as licence agreements.
