Myrte is a member of the Real Estate practice at BarentsKrans, she focuses primarily on commercial tenancy law, property development and administrative law. Myrte advises, negotiates and litigates on behalf of landlords and tenants, investors, public and semi-public authorities, developers and non-profit organisations.
A substantial part of her practice consists of conducting both civil and administrative proceedings, as well as drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements, including lease agreements, sale and purchase agreements, construction contracts and collaboration agreements.
Myrte regularly delivers courses and webinars on real estate-related topics.
