Myrte joined BarentsKrans’ Real Estate department in August 2021. Within the Real Estate department, Myrte focuses on tenancy law, commercial contract law and administrative law. She advises, negotiates and litigates on behalf of landlords and tenants, investors, (semi) public bodies, developers and non-profit organizations. A substantive part of her work comes down to litigation (both in civil and administrative law proceedings) and drafting and negotiating agreements, such as lease agreements, purchase agreements, construction agreements and cooperation agreements. In doing so, Myrte uses her relevant knowledge of employment law and corporate law. Myrte also advises on and litigates about (renewable) energy matters, which is one of her fields of interest.
