Mischa van Uden is a lawyer in BarentsKrans’ Banking & Finance team. He advises both lenders and borrowers on complex (cross-border) financing transactions, including real estate, acquisition and project financings.
In addition, Mischa increasingly focuses on structured finance transactions, with a particular emphasis on securitisations and receivables financing. He regularly drafts and negotiates loan and security documentation and assists clients with a wide range of financing and financial regulatory matters.
Alongside his legal practice, Mischa is a co-organiser of Dedicated Connections, an initiative that brings together young professionals both within and outside the firm.
