Maudy specialises in employment law and advises clients on a wide range of employment-related matters, including restructurings, individual dismissal cases, disputes concerning non-compete clauses, employee participation, and the dismissal of statutory directors. Maudy is known for her careful and pragmatic approach, as well as her ability to translate complex legal issues into clear and practical advice.
Before joining BarentsKrans, Maudy worked as a lawyer at a leading law firm on Amsterdam’s Zuidas business district. In 2022, she completed her Master’s degree in Employment Law (Labour and Enterprise track) at the University of Amsterdam. During her studies, she gained broad practical experience through various internships within the legal profession.
