Marianne has been working at BarentsKrans since November 2025 and has been a lawyer since 2012. She specializes in complex contractual disputes and liability proceedings, focusing on cartel damages cases and class actions. She has extensive knowledge of competition, consumer, and European law. Marianne also has extensive experience helping clients resolve commercial issues, including those related to corporate law, contracts, and compliance.
At the beginning of her career, Marianne primarily represented defendants. Now she primarily represents plaintiffs. Her clientele is diverse, ranging from large multinationals to NGOs and other charitable organizations.
