Marc has worked as an attorney-at-law since 2007 and joined BarentsKrans in 2023. Marc is an expert in the field of data and technology. His interest in technology and innovation keeps him at the forefront of advising on current data governance developments, such as on the AI Act, the Data Act, NIS2 and DORA. He advises clients on their data strategy, both with regard to personal data and other valuable business data, and guides clients on national and cross-border privacy and cybersecurity issues.
In addition, Marc regularly supports clients in sourcing and IT projects.
Marc’s clients are organisations seeking high-quality yet pragmatic and implementable advice. Marc advises clients in all sectors, but has specific knowledge and experience of the financial sector, hotels, retail and technology.
