Lars has been affiliated with BarentsKrans since November 2025, where he is part of the IP, Data & Technology department. He advises and litigates on issues related to data protection and related legal areas.
Clients – ranging from national and international companies to (semi-)governmental institutions – rely on his expertise to resolve complex legal issues surrounding data protection and digital innovation. He represents clients in high-profile cases and class actions, where legal strategy, reputation protection, and other compliance issues converge.
Specifically, Lars focuses on advising on compliance with privacy legislation (data protection in the broadest sense), drafting and reviewing data processing agreements and license contracts, and litigating on privacy infringements. His approach is pragmatic and solution-oriented: he translates complex legal frameworks into clear advice and concrete steps that enable clients to move forward. The result is not only legal certainty but also strategic agility in a rapidly changing digital environment.
