Jan is a partner at BarentsKrans and a member of the Real Estate practice group. He specialises in administrative and procedural law, with a focus on energy transition, infrastructure and regulated markets.
He advises and represents (international) companies, investors, project developers, public transport companies and public authorities. His work focuses on legislative and regulatory issues, including politically sensitive enforcement matters.
