Within the specialized Employment Law department of BarentsKrans, Ireen advises both employers and employees on a wide range of employment law matters. She advises and negotiates but also litigates when necessary. She handles individual employment issues such as dismissal, flexible work, disability, non-competition, and collective matters such as reorganizations and employee consultation processes. She represents national and international clients in different sectors including trade and logistics, culture and hospitality, and has specific expertise in international private education. Ireen regularly lectures on dismissal law and has published several articles in practical HR journals.
