Floor Leenders

Floor is an attorney-at-law in BarentsKrans’ Corporate / M&A practice. She advises on both domestic and international matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and a broad range of corporate law issues.

In addition, Floor regularly advises on transactions directly or indirectly involving private equity investors. Due to her experience acting on both the buy-side and the sell-side, she has a strong understanding of market terms, commercial interests and transaction dynamics. As a result, she is a trusted adviser to private equity and other clients throughout the entire transaction process.

Drawing on her previous legal and commercial experience in the corporate sector, Floor combines her legal expertise with a keen eye for her clients’ commercial interests.

Alongside her practice, Floor is co-organiser of Dedicated Connections, an initiative that brings together young professionals both within and outside BarentsKrans.
