Fleur has been a lawyer since 2016 and specialises in corporate law and domestic and international mergers and acquisitions. She is a member of the Corporate / M&A team and advises both strategic parties and private equity investors on a wide range of transactions, including acquisitions (by way of share deals or asset deals), mergers and joint ventures.
Fleur supports clients throughout the entire transaction process, from the preparatory stage and initial discussions through due diligence and negotiations to the signing and completion of the transaction. With her keen eye for detail, calm approach and ability to bring parties together, she guides clients through complex transactions. She combines technical expertise with a pragmatic mindset and actively considers her clients’ commercial and strategic objectives.
Alongside her transactional practice, Fleur advises clients on a broad range of corporate law matters, including corporate governance and shareholders’ agreements.
