Charlotte has been working as a candidate civil-law notary at BarentsKrans as part of the Corporate / M&A practice group since February 2026. Prior to joining BarentsKrans, she spent over twelve years working within the international corporate law practice at a large international firm in Amsterdam.
She has extensive experience in advising on M&A-transactions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and corporate governance matters. In her day-to-day practice she advises private equity firms and multinationals , across various industries, as well as their management, in these areas.
Charlotte is a connecter and approaches her work in a goal oriented and structured manner. With this approach, she ensures that the defined end-goals are achieved clearly and pragmatically.
