Bianca has been working at BarentsKrans since October 2025 and has been active as a candidate civil-law notary since 2012, with a clear specialization in commercial real estate.
After completing her Notarial Law degree at the University of Amsterdam, she gained 13 years of experience at various (international) firms, where she has extensive expertise in (international) industrial real estate transactions, complex sales processes, and (sale of individual units) projects. Her work focuses on advising clients on real estate transactions and financing, project development, division into apartment rights, establishing real rights, and drafting various real estate-related agreements. Bianca’s working method is characterized by a keen eye for detail, strategic insight, and a practical approach.
As a candidate civil-law notary, Bianca is a member of the Royal Dutch Association of Civil-Law Notaries (KNB). She is also a member of the Real Estate Committee of the KNB-Ring Amsterdam, a member of the Leasehold Policy Advisory Committee of the Municipality of Amsterdam, and a member of the core team of Tafel020.
