Alexandra Weidner

Alexandra joined BarentsKrans’ Commercial Contracts team as counsel in May 2023. Her clients are national and international companies from various sectors, including retail and consumer goods, agri & food, life sciences and healthcare and automotive. Alexandra specialises in drafting and negotiating various types of commercial contracts, ranging from distribution and agency agreements to purchase agreements and general terms and conditions, as well as cooperation agreements and non-disclosure agreements. Naturally, she also reviews such commercial contracts and advises her clients on their position therein. In addition, Alexandra advises her clients on e-commerce, consumer and liability law and private international law.

Alexandra is a native speaker of German and therefore able to advise German-speaking clients in their own language. She is known for her client focus and accuracy. Alexandra enjoys taking on the challenge of complex legal issues.
