Jason van de Pol made partner Banking & Finance

Law firm BarentsKrans has made Jason van de Pol partner Banking & Finance per 1 July 2020. Jason has been active as an attorney-at-law (advocaat) in the national and international Banking and Finance practice since 2007. He primarily assists financial institutions, investors, multinationals and real estate owners and project developers with structuring, documenting and negotiating their financings. Before his time at BarentsKrans, Jason has worked in the Banking and Finance practices of Loyens & Loeff and Baker McKenzie in both London and Amsterdam. During his time in London, he also worked at Goldman Sachs.

Jason has vast experience in acquisition finance, real property finance, project finance, direct lending, asset based finance and financial restructurings. He is, furthermore, regularly engaged with several large renewable energy and sustainability projects.
