On behalf of two of its funds, Amvest Investment Management acquired 358 turnkey apartments with storage, parking spaces, a bicycle shed and commercial premises in Holland Park last week. Holland Park is a development of Snippe Projecten and is inspired by the Java Eiland in Amsterdam. The old office area is being redeveloped into a sustainable community with more than 3,000 homes of which 1,100 apartments have already been sold.

BarentsKrans advised Amvest in the acquisition of the 4 apartment buildings. Our real estate team Jesse Zijlma, Jeffrey Koenecke and Sam van der Weiden counseled them in the field of project development and construction law for the purchase and development agreement, the division of apartment rights and transfer of title.
