No matter how big the issue is, we are part of the team

Corporate Litigation

Companies and organisations have a variety of different stakeholders: the Board, Supervisory Board, shareholders, but also employees, clients and suppliers, amongst others. Unfortunately, their interests and objectives are not always the same. With this in mind, it is not always possible to easily conceive, implement or enforce a joint strategy and conflicts often arise.

The lawyers in the Corporate Litigation practice group can help you to avoid and resolve conflicts. Our Corporate Litigation lawyers advise clients and conduct proceedings for them in relation to commercial contracts, acquisition disputes, shareholder disputes and the liability of directors, officers and supervisory directors, etc. They conduct proceedings at civil courts and the Enterprise Division (Ondernemingskamer), have extensive experience of preliminary relief proceedings and attachment and execution law and in-depth experience of international disputes and IPL.
