Our team consists of a large number of lawyers and civil-law notaries with extensive knowledge of and experience with real estate. Because our lawyers and civil-law notaries work together closely, we are able to assist our clients from the first negotiations through to the end result envisaged. This might include restructuring and giving advice on property transactions and property finance, but also advice on buying, selling, renting or letting business space or housing. We have extensive experience of (the preparation of) various property-related agreements and contracts, the performance of due diligence investigations and the resolution of problems that arise during operation, whether as the result of a dispute, changing interests or liquidation.
In addition to private law, our sphere of activity also includes administrative law. We regularly advise on permit procedures, such as the procedure pursuant to the Dutch Environmental Permitting (General Provisions) Act (Wet algemene bepalingen omgevingsrecht (Wabo)) and zoning plan procedures, about environmental law, permits and concessions.
The team is flexible, highly accessible and is able to shift quickly from operational legal matters to high level, strategic legal advice.
We are always on hand to assist our clients should disputes arise too. Our lawyers have ample experience when it comes to conducting legal proceedings before various courts/committees, such as proceedings before the district court, a review committee, the rent assessment committee, the Council of State or the Court of Arbitration for the Building Industry in the Netherlands (Raad van Arbitrage voor de Bouw).
