We have ample experience with corporate restructuring, individual and collective dismissals, outsourcing, mergers and acquisitions (transfer of undertakings, or ‘TUPE’), alteration of working conditions, equal pay, pensions, flexible and temporary employment relationships, works councils and co-determination, international employment, civil servants law, and collective labour agreements. We litigate in all courts, including the Supreme Court. Our clientele consists primarily of large and midsized corporations, non-profit organizations, healthcare institutions, schools and financial institutions, but we also regularly provide services to managing directors, non-executive directors and managers.
