BarentsKrans has advised the shareholders and management of BOSKA Food Tools on the sale of the company to Royal Delft Group. BOSKA, a 129 year old Dutch family business and internationally recognised brand in cheese tools and food accessories, joins one of the Netherlands’ most iconic design and heritage groups. Royal Delft has been creating high-end Delft Blue since 1653.
The transaction — valued at approximately €10.5 million — enables BOSKA to accelerate its international growth ambitions and strengthen its e commerce strategy, while providing Royal Delft Group with a strong and complementary consumer brand.
Founded in 1896, BOSKA has grown rapidly in recent years through direct to consumer channels and major online platforms such as Bol.com and Amazon. In 2025, the company achieved a pro forma revenue of around €22 million and a normalised EBITDA of approximately €3 million, including the acquisition of Style de Vie.
The BarentsKrans team consisted of Michiel Martin, Koen van Wijk, Anouk Lugthart and Jesper Vink.
